Help Desk is a monthly subscription program that provides ongoing support with ongoing HR responsibilities. With a Help Desk subscription, you develop confidence as you work alongside HR Resolutions team members on issues such as handbook review, disciplinary actions, job descriptions, and so much more.
HR Resolutions offers three tiers of Help Desk subscriptions: Essential, Expanded, and Complete:
Essential
Help Desk- Starting at $99/month, the Essential Help Desk is ideal for small organizations that find themselves up against the unexpected HR dilemma and that want to establish a strong foundation for their HR systems. This is a great place to start for help with standard HR paperwork and practices, such as disciplinary action forms and job descriptions.
Expanded
Help Desk- Starting at $225/month, the Expanded Help Desk is an excellent choice for organizations ready to move their HR to the next level and implement stronger day-to-day practices. This tier of services includes everything in the Essential Help Desk, plus things like employee relations group coaching for you and key managers, employee communications, and employee satisfaction surveys.
Complete
Help Desk- Starting at $500/month, the Complete Help Desk is the most comprehensive Help Desk tier and is the best choice for larger organizations facing more complicated human resource issues due to their size. The Complete Help Desk includes everything in the Essential and Expanded Help Desk, as well as HR Tactical support (not included in the other levels.) In short, we become your complete HR Department!
